Well, human life is full of challenges and we cannot expect everything to go according to our plan or desire. In such a case, remaining calm and positive is one of the biggest triumphs one can attain.

Life is definitely not easy for everybody, though overcoming the hard times can make huge difference in living life peacefully. Now, the thing is how to stay hopeful when things don't go right.

These are some of the basic things we can adopt to overcome our anxiety, depression or mental breakdowns. Your life is completely your responsibility, think how you want to keep it. Nobody is coming to save you and make your life beautiful. So, stop expecting and start living by loving yourself first. 

You might have heard this before that happiness comes from within and it's the mere fact that until and unless you are happy from inside you cannot provide the positive vibe to others and for being joyous from within you've to work on yourself and be a better version of you.
